Denso

DENSO manufactures 4 axis SCARA and 6 axis articulated small assembly robots that are recognised for their speed and precision. DENSO Robots offer repeatability from 0.015mm and fast pick and place times from as little as 0.29 sec.

DENSO industrial robots have field proven reliability combined with low cost of ownership. The DENSO range of robots are ideal for integration within special purpose machines and manufacturing lines. The robots are simple to use and very easy to maintain. The range uses a common controller - RC8 - and full colour pendant for user interface, programming and system diagnostics. All robot systems provide facilities for remote monitoring and remote diagnostics.

DENSO is recognised as the market leader in the small assembly robot sector with a significant and still growing market share. The space saving compact dimensions of the robots and the concealed wiring are additional benefits offered by the range. Energy levels are reduced by employing a light weight arm, starting at 14kg to move a 5kg payload thereby reducing overall power consumption. This also allows the robot arm to move and accelerate more quickly increasing the performance of the robot.
